The study included defining possible solutions for the waterway marking system, technical characteristics of vessels, equipment and infrastructure for marking, and the selection of solutions that best meet the needs of the then Agency for Waterways. Through the feasibility study, in addition to defining the technical characteristics of the necessary equipment, a financial cost-benefit analysis was carried out for the proposed possible solution, in order to ultimately show the financial (direct), as well as economic (direct and indirect) benefits of the proposed investment in modernization.
Scope of Work:
- Feasibility analysis and cost-benefit analysis of investments in vessels and equipment for waterway marking (conducted in collaboration with iCat d.o.o., which prepared the technical part of the analysis)
